Zusammenfassung: | The Leibniz Institute for the German Language (IDS) has been carrying out representative surveys regularly since the 1990s. The 2017 Germany survey was already reported in episodes 1 to 6 of this series. In episodes 7 to 9, the results of the 2019 dialect and occupation survey were presented. In winter 2022, the IDS conducted a new representative survey: the Germany Survey 2022. It recorded attitudes towards German and other languages as well as the perception of linguistic changes. This survey was presented with initial results in episode 10. This eleventh episode deals with further results regarding the perception of changes in the German language. |
