Zusammenfassung: | The effect of slab thickness exerted on the parameters of the thermal metal state, as well as on the characteristics of the structural and chemical heterogeneity of the metal in the axial zone of the ingot, compared with the location of the boundary of the transition from the columnar to the equiaxial structure (CET boundary) in the metal, is presented. A technique is proposed for predicting the position of this boundary using the mathematical simulation of ingot thermal state with determining the advancing velocity of the crystallization front. |
