Zusammenfassung:Man has already become a machine in this materialistic world and now the robotic science is working to make machines a man. The support from machines during medical emergency throughout the world in 2020-21was really fantastic as these robots, basically a machine having ability to work almost similar to a human beings, not only provided support in hospitals but also distributed food in restaurants, delivered food and medicines to the COVID patients, kept eyes on the unnecessary movements of people and thus supported the police administration. The use of robots is increasing day by day in day to day activities. On being equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) these machines are becoming more and more inevitable in our life. These machines/ robots now days are cleaning home, utensils & clothes, switching off and on lights, playing and stopping music on demand, giving information/ knowledge similar to a teachers and many more. The machine surprised the humanity when it started providing sexual pleasure, attending meetings and reactions on interactions with the natural people. The first machine or robot of this kind, which become popular on the globe, was Sophia. In 2017 a robot named Sophia, an intelligent machine become a full citizen of Saudi Arabia. It was the first robot in the world to achieve such a status. Sophia was manufactured by a perfect amalgamation of science, technology and arts. She can talk, react and mimic almost all human facial expressions. Though it was a revolution and a ray of hope for the mankind yet simultaneously gave birth to a lot of legal issuers. The authors have tried to expose the legal challenges that may arise when robots will be given the status of a man.
