The purpose of this work is to describe the beginning of this experience at the Universidad del Valle, Colombia from the perspective of its educational management model. The theoretical conceptualization and literature review that supports the management model is presented as a result, describing each of the dimensions that comprise it (organizational, pedagogical, technological, and communicational). The conclusion aims to recognize the model as an approach in permanent development and to identify some challenges to consolidate the offer of virtual programs, such as greater administrative efficiency, shared responsibility, assertive feedback, evaluation and monitoring system, and strengthening of guidelines and policies. |
