Comparison of ROI ⁃ C and traditional cage combined with titanium plate internal fixation for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion

Objective Comparative analysis of the efficacy and safety of zero⁃notch self⁃locking interbody fusion system (ROI⁃C) and traditional cage combined with titanium plate internal fixation technology in the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF). Methods A total of 116 patients with cervical degenerative diseases who underwent ACDF in Tianjin Union Medical Center from January 2014 to December 2016 were included, of which 60 patients underwent the ROI⁃C (ROI⁃C group) and 56 patients underwent traditional cage combined with titanium plate internal fixation (titanium plate group).
