Variance analysis of land uses in the ancient historical center of Kut city

The land uses in the city are the individual-collective behavior of all the inhabitants motivated by their values, ideals, and their human behavior, and it is difficult to anticipate the changes taking place in the land uses faced by the city of Kut in general and its ancient historical center in particular, by the city designers and planners. The research dealt with the stages of land-use change in the Al Sharqiya neighborhood as an ancient historical center of Kut city within each stage of development, and studying the reality of land uses according to each location, then analyzing it according to the method of analysis of variance (ANOVA). Using the F-test to show the extent of the difference in land use for the studied development stages. The research proved no difference in the planning trends that prevailed in the development stages.
