Zusammenfassung:1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized via a simple and efficient method using a three-component reaction between aldehyde derivatives, semicarbazide and ethanol in piperidinium acetate (Pip[OAc]) as an ionic liquid. All of synthetized compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, FT-IR techniques and comparison of melting point. Also, after synthesizing these heterocyclic compounds, their antibacterial properties were studied against two G+ bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis and two G– bacteria of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa . In addition, the antifungal properties of the synthesized derivatives against Candida albicans were investigated.
