Zusammenfassung: | Bearing units are widely used in technology. Of the existing options for installing rolling bearings, the most common is the installation of a bearing on a shaft with a guaranteed tightness. In these cases, the wear of the seating surfaces of parts in 85% is 0.02 … 0.4 mm. Existing recovery methods have various disadvantages that limit their use, in connection with which, we have developed and patented a new method based on the movement of metal from non-working areas by means of volumetric electromechanical mandrel work (VEMS). The study of the influence of VEMS modes on the increase in the outer diameter of the landing surface was carried out by calculation (simulation) and experimental methods. The maximum increase in the outer diameter in the experimental study of VEMS was 0.71 mm, at C = 1.4 and i = 1.2 mm, the maximum calculated increase in the outer diameter was 0.75 mm, at C = 1.4 and i = 1, 2 mm. The conducted studies made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed method, to identify rational VEMS modes, taking into account the geometric parameters of the parts to be restored. |
