People with loss of hearing are unable to communicate with normal people, so their thoughts and ideas are unnoticed. People with a loss of eyesight are unable to travel or go among the crowd without the help of others. The only mode of communication between normal and hearing-impaired people is sign language. Detecting the obstacle nearer to the visually impaired people and sending an alert in times of emergency conditions. The type of obstacle like a stick, wall, car is intimated to the impaired person by processing techniques. The obstacle type is intimated through the headphones. With the help of modern recent technologies like IoT, person movements and navigations can be recognized and recorded for future purposes. To reduce the impaired person’s difficulty and to interact with the environment, there is a need to develop a system that helps them is guide the pathway for blind people and sign to speech conversion technique for hearing and visually impaired people. These will save blind people from accidents and remove the insecurity in impaired persons’ minds. |
