Zusammenfassung:A general and simple approach was developed for the synthesis of nanosized titanium-based perovskites (MTiO3). A water-soluble Ti complex and the acetate of the relevant A-site metal were dissolved in water and dried to obtain a solid precipitate. The low-temperature calcination of the precipitate yielded MTiO3 (M = Ba, Sr, Ca, Zn, and Mg) with specific surface areas as high as those of previously reported MTiO3.
