Zusammenfassung: | Heat distortion and Vicat softening temperature apparatus are mainly used for measuring the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials. Parameters such as temperature indication error, heating rate error, deformation indication error, and mass indication error of loaded weights can directly decide the quality of heat distortion and Vicat softening temperature apparatus. There is no relevant calibration specification or method for heat distortion and Vicat softening temperature apparatus in China. This article presents a novel calibration method by determining corresponding environmental conditions, calibration standards, and calculation equations. The calibration results show that the method is scientific and practical for metrological performance evaluation of heat distortion and Vicat softening temperature apparatus. |
