Zusammenfassung: | China is a large grain storage country, and at this stage, the effective storage capacity of the country has exceeded 900 million tonnes. Grain is subject to localized high temperatures, pests, and other abnormalities during storage. Therefore, regular quality checks need to be carried out on the grain, and cuttings are the first step in carrying out grain quality checks. The current domestic cutting equipment suffers from low cutting efficiency and high manual labor intensity, so the need to develop new cutting equipment is imminent. In response to the current problems with domestic cuttings equipment, this work has developed a deep grain pile automatic down tube equipment, which is driven by compressed air and is capable of completing cuttings within a ten-meter depth range in grain silos. Compared with traditional cutting equipment, this equipment greatly improves the efficiency of cutting samples, reduces manual labor intensity, provides new ideas for the development of automation of cutting equipment, and has a broad market. |
