Zusammenfassung:An efficient high dynamic range (HDR) liquid crystal display (LCD) with the excellent performance was developed. The HDR Display technology can enhance the contrast ratio of pictures and reduce power consumption by utilizing adaptive controlled dynamic backlight. Improved methods about simplification of lookup tables (LUT), improvement of accuracy, and maintenance of details and chroma were studied, which make it a promising technique for displays.
