Zusammenfassung:The stages of preparation of project documentation, as well as the technological processes of work at the construction site, are changing significantly due to the active introduction of digitalization in the construction industry. The level of development of modern information technologies has great potential for solving environmental issues of construction. In addition to improving the quality of construction products and reducing construction time, information technology can make a significant contribution to the development of a construction waste management system. Minimization of construction waste generation has a direct impact on the environmental, economic and social components of the sustainable development of territories. For the effective management of construction waste, the accurate functioning of systems for forecasting and controlling the circulation of construction waste is necessary. The article analyzes the reasons for the irrational handling of construction waste and the main problems, the solution of which can be accelerated through the introduction of modern information technologies. The article proposes an integrated approach to the implementation of digital control over the forecasting and generation of construction waste, the delivery of construction waste from the place of loading to the place of unloading. The use of digital imaging technology, as well as data analysis based on computer vision using neural networks, will allow for a quick quantitative assessment of the volume of generation and movement of construction waste.
