Polishing in Ammonium Fluoride Electrolyte
Plasma electrolytic polishing of various alloys in ammonium fluoride electrolyte is studied experimentally. For samples of MR1 cobalt–chromium alloy and VT6 titanium alloy, the effect is greatest after 5 min when the temperature of the ammonium fluoride (NH 4 F) electrolyte is 80°C.
