Zusammenfassung:Microburring is investigated in hole honing with different tool kinematics. In raster honing, since the direction of cutting grain motion changes continuously, the microburrs that appear are constantly sliced off. The microburr height is practically independent of the amount of metal removed and the working pressure of the honing bars and is no more than 2–4 µm.
