The efficiency of such systems may be increased by improving the charging zone design, with accompanying decrease in energy consumption. In that context, the design of forced blast equipment is analyzed, identifying its advantages and disadvantages. A distribution cone is developed on the basis of a digital twin of the grate cooler. The operating principle of the charging zone is considered. The benefits of the new distribution cone are noted. |
