Zusammenfassung:Blood clam (Anadaragranosa) is a seashell used to replace acrylic resin as a denture-making material partially. Research on the synthetic powder of blood cockle hydroxyapatite is used as a substitute particle for replacement teeth. Hydroxyapatite (HA) particles were prepared by burning, grinding, grinding until smooth and sifting, then obtained synthetic HA (Hydroxyapatite) particles with a coarseness level up to sieve number 125. The mechanical properties studied were the compressive strength and microstructure of the HACK (Hydroxyapatite) +TRA (Acrylic Resin Powder) substitution material. These mechanical properties are then compared with the mechanical properties of the teeth. Based on the HACK powder mixture iteration with the proportions of 0.5 gr, 0.75 gr, 1.375 gr, and 1.875 gr of the material weight HACK+TRA+CRA (Acrylic Resin Liquid). The most optimum mechanical properties are known in a mixture with a weight of HACK = 0.75 gr. The HACK+TRA blend has more strength than the natural strength of teeth; this means that the compressive strength of HACK+TRA is higher than the tooth strength, so it is very suitable to be used as a replacement tooth material with better strength.
