Zusammenfassung: | A cost-effective and straightforward potentiometric instrumentation system has been successfully designed by integrating several electronic components such as ADS1115 in measuring the potential difference of Fe (III) solution by utilizing imprinted polymers ion-selective membranes at the target ion recognition site, and Ag/AgCl reference electrodes as the selective material. The tool’s ability that has been designed is compared with a voltmeter and the commercial reference electrode to confirm data validation in the form of %recovery, %relative standard deviation, the limit of detection (LoD), and limit of quantification (LoQ). As a result, the designed tool has an excellent ability to determine the concentration of Fe3+ in a concentration range of 1-10 mg−1 with a %recovery value of 99% and a %RSD of 1.79%. This potentiometric instrumentation is also equipped with temperature and pH sensors to support functionality and practicality when conducting experiments. |
