Comparative analysis of the economic intellectualization in developed and developing countries

The analysis of topical problems of economic intellectualization is carried out. Indicators of innovative activity of the economy are given. The tools for measuring the digital economy are considered. A cognitive index is developed to analyze the economic intellectualization and the composition of indicators in each subindex is determined. The STATIS methodology for identifying significant features is outlined. The analysis of the developed cognitive index is carried out.
