Zusammenfassung: | This paper discusses the organizational and methodological aspects of digital transformation of business processes in science-intensive industries for the case of the space industry. We reveal the role of digital models imitating various elements of manufacturing systems in making changes in the activities of industrial enterprises. We consider the principles of building digital twins of manufacturing companies based on analytical and simulation modeling, including discrete-event modeling, system dynamics, and agent-based modeling. Also, we show how the digital twin of a factory can be used for the digital transformation of business processes using an automated control system. Finally, we propose approaches to selecting the best arrangements of business processes to improve the efficiency of the operating science-intensive enterprises. |
