Zusammenfassung: | The paper considers options for constructing a high-orbit space complex of the GLONASS system in the form of a regional supplement to the GLONASS system in high-elliptical orbits (HEO) of the "Type A" and "Type B". For various variants of the ballistic construction of the regional complement, the numerical values of the spatial, horizontal and vertical geometric factors are obtained. Stationary objects are considered as consumers of navigation information (CNI). Proposals have been formulated for the further development of the GLONASS system, allowing improving the accuracy of positioning for CNI. |
