Zusammenfassung: | To improve the adaptability of polycarboxylic acid water reducer to different machine-made sands, this paper adopts methacrylic acid and m-aminobenzene sulfonic acid to obtain esterification monomer and then conducts free radical polymerization with highly active polyether macromonomer and unsaturated silane monomer under the action of redox initiator system to synthesize green highly adaptable polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The test results showed that the molecular weight of EPEG was 1200, and the amount of esterification monomer was 2%; when the dosage of γ-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane was 1.5%, the apparent viscosity and monomer conversion of the paste are high, which meet the design requirements. It was named PC-1; According to the adaptability analysis of different machine-made sand concrete, the amount of PC-1 added was the same, and the initial dispersion performance, slump protection performance, strength and workability of concrete were equivalent, showing that PC-1 had good adaptability to different machine-made sand. |
