Zusammenfassung:This study demonstrated the operational performance of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system in a commercial facility located in a warm region. Whereas the amount of heat generated by the GSHP for cooling was more than 5 times larger than that for heating in the first 2 years, suggesting increase in the ground temperature, the imbalance between cooling and heating was solved after the 4th year by operational improvement. Long-term simulations showed that the operational improvement was effective to mitigate the rise in the ground temperature over the long term, and enabled the GSHP to operate with high efficiency.
