Zusammenfassung:Deterministic Magnetization Switching A sunlight‐controlled, non‐volatile, near 180‐degree deterministic magnetization switching is illustrated in Pt/Co/Pt/PN Si heterostructures with a magnetic bias assistant. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) can be regulated via photoelectron‐induced Fermi level altering and corresponding Rashba field change at the Pt/Co interfaces. The sunlight tuning is energy‐efficient and will not cause corrosion, and heating problems that limit the miniaturization and reversibility of the device.
