Zusammenfassung:PISA-Like math problems with Change and Relationship content were developed with valid and practical criteria and had a potential effect on mathematical literacy skills, which is the aim of this study. This type of research is development research with formative evaluations type. This study involved subjects from class X-1 SMA Al-Amjad Medan, North Sumatra. This study resulted in 4 PISA-Like math questions with Change and Relationship content that tested valid and practical criteria. The questions developed also have a potential effect on mathematical literacy skills, namely communication skills, using symbol skills, formal and technical language, and operations, using mathematical tools skills, and reasoning and argumentation skills. It can be conclude from the research that has been done that the researcher has succeeded in developing 4 PISA-Like problems which have valid, practical, and have a potential effect on mathematical literacy skills.
