Zusammenfassung: | This paper on effective cost-benefit analysis of the M/M/1/N queuing system with angry and upset customers. Here, we assume on the arriving customers balk with some probability and reneging follow a distribution with a negative exponential. The steady-state probability (STP) was calculated using Markov process techniques A matrix form solution is supplied, as well as some performance metrics. A cost model was developed to identify the appropriate service price. Various parameter values were provided to demonstrate the model’s application, and a clear demonstration was provided utilizing tables and graphs. |
