Zusammenfassung: | Influence of the main parameters of gas-thermal spraying on the adhesive strength of the coating to the base surface is considered. At the stages of heating, acceleration, transfer and contact of particles, the relationships between the parameters of the spraying process and the factors that determine the adhesive strength of the sprayed material to the base surface are revealed. Dependences of adhesive strength on technological parameters and spraying modes during the deposition and machining of functional resistant coatings are formalized. |
