Zusammenfassung:In the construction field, usage of cement is prominent and it’s widely used as binding materials in concrete. The cement has an important role for the strength characteristics. There are several industrial by-products available and generated from the industries they are utilized as an alternate source for cement. The usage of supplementary materials in concrete which helps to reduce the CO2 in the atmosphere. This paper is mainly focusing the M30 design mix by incorporating Fly ash (FA) and GGBFS to the Cement. The test is conducted by adding the fly ash and GGBFS with various proportions and values are compared with nominal mix. The various tests are flexural, split tensile and compressive strength are conducted for concrete mix with ash GGBFS and fly ash are determined. The main research work carried to utilize the waste materials having the cementinous properties is replaced in cement by either partially or fully without compromising its workability of concrete. It helps to decrease the usage of cementinous materials and also control the production of CO2. The mix proportions M3-have very good strength in all the aspects when compared to other mix proportions. The M3 proportions take 40% fly ash and 10% GGBFS produced good results. The higher compressive strength for M3 mix is 45.22N/mm2 at 28 days.
