Zusammenfassung:This work describes a low voltage and low power OTA, also three stage class-AB CMOS OTA, which both use body driven techniques. The proposed Bulk driven (body driving) OTA, that operates at 0.6 V and has large input range that is linear, a veryless transconductance parameter (5.34 mA/V), and a slightly increased AC gain of 56 dB with GBW of 5.26 MHz, among other characteristics. When powered at 0.9V, the proposed body-driven three stage class-AB OTA exhibits a large input range, a low transconductance value, and open loop gain of 57.7 dB. In addition to having intrinsic class-AB behavior, the solution also offers precise and steady standby current regulation, which makes it appropriate for operation with a supply voltage of less than one volt. TheOTA is made using typical 0.18 µm CMOS technology.
