Zusammenfassung:Thinking skills are indispensable in finding solutions to life’s challenges. These skills include critical thinking, creative thinking, the ability to work well together, and the ability to communicate. Critical thinking skills are skills that enable students to overcome and find solutions to problems that occur in the environment. This study aims to produce a conceptual model in learning to improve the critical thinking skills of PAUD students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the main source of literature study. Data collection techniques using library research through books and journals. The results of this study indicate the conceptual framework of a research-based learning model with a collaborative approach. This modified learning model has the potential to improve the critical thinking skills of PAUD students. This study illustrates that a research-based learning model with a collaborative approach can help improve critical thinking skills. Furthermore, the validity and practicality of the research-based learning model will be tested through a collaborative approach.
