Zusammenfassung: | The prosperity of the students has become a key factor in the financial development of the country. In any case, so far, most universities have faced one of the most important problems to solve, which is the lack of knowledge of the number of graduates. This article focuses on the supervision of doctoral students through open and distance educational models using information and communication technologies (ICT). Innovation in information and communication technologies (ICT) has created a new dimension of learning, providing a variety of tools and technologies. Especially for educators, you can clarify specific aspects of the activities so that they can learn, record, discuss and evaluate. Many educational institutions are trying to integrate new information and communication technologies into current curricula or develop new learning paradigms. E-learning is a new stage of education that uses e-mail, chat, websites, video conferencing, and other technologies to enhance and promote student learning. This epidemic has brought recent changes and destruction to the education sector, which is a catalyst for the development of any country. The global education sector is seen as turning to e-learning to alleviate the impact of this epidemic. About one-fifth of four-year schools have a graduation rate of less than 33% for the first full-time students to earn a freshman degree in six years. Mentor support is one of the key elements to encourage students to graduate on time. Support is emphasized as one of the important factors for student success and perseverance. In this study, testing the null hypothesis of the relationship between supervisor support and graduation on time (GOT) found that the hypothesis was accepted. |
