Zusammenfassung:The current investigation is dedicated to the use of mathematical modeling, particularly the method of multifactorial analysis of multi-criteria optimization (MAMO) in pharmaceutical development. During the investigation the algorithmic sequence was offered and the necessary tests were provided. The gained data was interpreted through MAMO. The possibility of using the MAMO for solving the applied problem of purifying the oligohexamethyleneguanidine hydrocitrate (OHMG-HC) that is considered to be as a pharmaceutical substance for formation of medicines. The dependencies of purifying conditions that have influence on the final impurities contents and the reasonability of using the suggested algorithm as a means of pharmaceutical development.
