Zusammenfassung:An adaptive data processing algorithm is proposed for measuring a three-dimensional profile using phase triangulation methods under conditions of random additive noise and a limited dynamic range of the photodetector. The algorithm is based on a statistical analysis of the intensity distribution in the recorded phase images and adaptive filtering. The method permits reducing the measurement error of three-dimensional geometry by phase triangulation methods and measuring the three-dimensional profile of complex-shaped objects with arbitrary light-scattering properties. The method is very promising for industrial use.
