Zusammenfassung: | The shocked detonation technology of microflyer is safer and more stable via detonation. By using Ansys software to build a 3-D model of the flyer driven by explosive detonation, the mechanism of action, deformation and stress change were studied and analyzed. The shape and speed of the microflyer, when it strikes the main explosive, are controlled by the material, tilt-angle, and distance between the flyer and main explosive. The results showed that the microflyer needs 7.0 μs to reach 2490 m/s, which is its maximum speed. This study will provide a feasible method and reliable parameters for the safe and stable detonation of explosives. |
