Zusammenfassung:We consider an initial-boundary-value problem for a higher-order equation with fractional Riemann–Liouville derivative in a rectangular domain degenerating in both variables. The solution of the problem is constructed in the explicit form by the method of separation of variables. Uniqueness is proved by the spectral method.
