Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) analysis on primary and secondary cooling pipes of the Kartini Reactor is to obtaining a risk level value that can be used to determine the inspection method and inspection intervals. The inspection method and inspection intervals can be used as recommendations in structured inspection. To obtain the value of the risk level, supporting data such as pipe specifications, slowing liquid specification, management system factors, pipe thickness data results of previous inspections, and pipe maintenance history will be used to calculate the Probability of Failure (POF) and Consequence of Failure (COF). The Probability of Failure and Consequence of Failure then plotted into a 5×5 risk matrix to determine the level of risk. The risk results can be used to determine the inspection method and inspection interval. The risk level result for primary cooling pipe is medium high, and the secondary cooling pipe is medium. The recommendation for inspection method can be used are ultrasonic thickness measurement and visual examination. The inspection interval for primary cooling pipe is every 20 months, while for secondary cooling pipe is every 10.11 years. |
