Zusammenfassung:Background: Geriatric age group is a biological irreversible phenomenon, nobody in this universe can stop the growing process because of the advancement of medical technology, and the life span of person is gradually rising every year. Plyometric exercise is the supreme way to developing resilience by rejuvenating tendon exercises that help in sleep quality among geriatrics. Painless exercise can be practiced by Geriatric age group and helps to improve sleep patterns and levels of well-being among them. Sleep is a vital rest of the body. Wellbeing is recognized as wellness prudential value or quality of life. The worldwide prevalence of poor sleep quality was 66.8%. It is estimated that 70%of old age has chronic sleep issues. Objective: The study aimed to evaluate and compare the level of well-being, quality of sleep and to associate selected demographic variables with the level of well-being and quality of sleep.
