Zusammenfassung: | Heterostructures of NiO/NiCo2O4and SnO2/NiCo2O4have been successfully synthesized by facile microwave irradiation method and XRD measurement confirms thecrystalline phase of the synthesized materials. Surface composition was analyzed by XPS measurement. HR-SEM andTEM analysis revealed the nanoplate-like structure of NiCo2O4, nanorods of NiO in NiO/NiCo2O4¬ and porous nature SnO2 in SnO2/NiCo2O4. Electrochemical investigations showed pseudocapacitive behavior for NiCo2O4, NiO/NiCo2O4¬ and SnO2/NiCo2O. Among all, SnO2/NiCo2O4 displayed excellent supercapacitor performance with a high specific capacitance of 3910 F g-1 at 3 A g-1 and high energy density of 110 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 675 W kg-1. |
