Zusammenfassung:In order to compete in a competitive market, two-wheelers are becoming increasingly intricate in terms of utility and style. The Royal Enfield Classic 350 features a powerful engine, which causes discomfort at high speeds due to vibrations from the engine. At the same time, weight limits to increase performance are a crucial influence in the design and development life cycle. Predicting potential difficulties as early as possible is the most difficult component of the design phase. The handlebar assembly is more prone to failure due to a variety of loads like bumps, braking, and road excitations. Modal frequency response analysis can be used to measure the strength of structural mountings within the vehicle's excitation frequency range. Vibrational examination of the Handle Assembly is thus necessary. The Modal Analysis can be performed with ANSYS and confirmed with an FFT Analyzer utilizing an experimental method. The examination of outcomes can be used to recommend Handlebar optimization.
