Creation of a model for the organization of the transportation process on the basis of technical and technological parameters

The increase in the required infrastructure and transportation resources, overloading of the main routes of cargo and car traffic with the concentration of most transportations on the vectors where throughput capacity is already exhausted directly affects the reliability of the transport system. In order to expand the transportation process management polygons and to expand the bottlenecks, the model of organization and management of operational and transition to end-to-end management principles is being transformed. The article presents the main results of the development of technical and technological models of transportation process management in the routes of the ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin and the ports of the North-West until 2025. The results of the developed models are adapted for use in the technical design and development of automated systems, building a process model and building the process-role structure of the railway transport.
