Zusammenfassung:Casting compositions were developed for the first time based on phosphorus-containing polyol and hydroxyl-containing oligoethers in combination with melamine polyphosphate and copper orthohydrophosphate for the design of low-combustible foamed polyurethanes with an oxygen index of 32–36 vol %. It was found that, in the presence of CuHPO 4 ⋅H 2 O, the smoke-developed index of developed FPUs under flame-combustion conditions decreased by 24% to 508 m 2 kg –1 . The obtained materials are characterized by a compressive strength of 120 kPa at 10% relative strain, which meets the requirements of GOST (State Standard) 56590–2015 and frost resistance up to 250 sequential freezing cycles.
