Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the fabrication of a type II heterojunction on ZnIn2S4 nanosheets with Prussian blue (PB) nanoparticles is reported. ZnIn2S4/PB displays a broad light response region and the heterojunction structure significantly facilitates the separation of electron-hole pairs. The obtained ZnIn2S4/PB composite film exhibits excellent photoelectrochemical performance. The modification approach used in this work to improve photoelectrochemical water splitting performance can also be applied to other metal oxides and sulfides, among others. |
