Zusammenfassung:Growth of vehicles causes several distresses over pavement structures. It require the frequent maintenance for particular stretches. It is evident that several studies assist the maintenance of flexible pavement using different models to this describes the maintenance of and improvement criteria of flexible pavement using Highway Development Management (HDM-4).This paper include the study area of Dhulapally to Bahadurpally (DB), Gandimaisamma to Bowrampet (GB), Kompally to Dhulapally (KD), and Gandimaisamma to Medchal (GM). The distress data, such as rutting, alligator cracking, potholes, raveling and edge cracking, were collected using manual methods. The pavement deterioration model was chosen and constructed based on the available distress. The goal of this research is to forecast the performance of specific roads The in order to generate a damage ratio. Depending on the distress model, it also offers the design life of the roads based on existing and projected traffic. It was also noted that Gandimaisamma to Bachupally suffered more damage than the other road sections. The comparative analysis of different road sections and regulating criteria for distress. This study conducted the as well as the permitted limits of distress in each section of the flexible pavement using the HDM-4
