Zusammenfassung: | The merit order strategy is needed to help power plant management define the most efficient and economical generators to be dispatch. This study purposes the economic dispatch optimization for Tanjung Awar-Awar power plant in Java and Tenayan power plant in Sumatra using the Lagrange multipliers method to obtain low-cost generating power as load demands for each generator. The result shows that the purposed method in this study defines that generator 1 of Tanjung Awar-Awar power plant is more economic than generator 2 of Tanjung Awar-Awar power plant and also generator 1 of Tenayan power plant is more economic than generator 2 of Tenayan power plant. |
