In recent years, health and wellness tourism has assumed a growing role in the global tourism landscape. In this sense, this study's objective is to analyze the use of ICT as an essential tool for disseminating the thermal offer of the resorts in the North region of Portugal. The methodology was based on a literature review, in-depth interviews and an analysis of various indicators from the thermal spa websites.
