Zusammenfassung:Digital Evolution has advanced the business campaigning scheme radically across domains. Nowadays, marketing is emphasized more through digital channels like search engines, social websites, social media, emails, and mobile applications. The impact analysis of each channel can be proven an intelligent move for designing and planning further campaigns by any business. In our work, we have done an exhaustive significance analysis of various social media channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram in business to customer marketing domain. The importance of social media marketing along with a study of revenue generation via each of these types is presented in this paper. With digital channel impact analysis, our focus area includes media influencers impact on overall profit generation of any business using digital marketing.
