Zusammenfassung: | Advances in nanotechnology have had a profound impact on a wide range of financial and technological disciplines, including the foodservice industry. Nanotechnology has arisen as a need in food technology, namely for food processing, functional food creation, food standards, the identification of pathogenic microorganisms, and storage extension of food and/or foodstuffs. This research examines the possibility of nanostructures for use in the food industry to provide consumers with safe, contaminant-free food and to ensure the food’s approval owing to its improved functional properties. Aspects of nanotechnology application concerning increasing nutritious food and overall acceptability features, as well as certain views on standards and security problems with nano-processed food products, have also been briefly studied. This article presents the current context and nanotechnology-based materials in the field of food technology, among other things. Various enhancement methods, as well as some smart solutions using these nano-based materials, have also been explored. |
