Zusammenfassung:In this paper, a Boost-PFC experimental prototype with dual closed-loop control is developed, which is carried out by a virtual-real interaction approach. Firstly, the optimized design of the current inner loop and voltage outer loop is carried out by MATLAB and verified by Simulink graphical virtual simulation. On this basis, a 250W Power Factor Correction (PFC) device prototype was developed by building hardware circuits. Through this approach, the efficiency and the targeting of debugging are improved, and the development cycle time is reduced. A sample is provided for the development of PFC devices of different power levels.
