Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this development of women education, the understanding and use of the public library service, it is an object of the women can be read the library, reading the purpose of the service facilities, a sense of the library collection is to know from the use of resources and services that the library to help. To meet the necessary support, the staff will motivate to take advantage of the user’s information needs, the library to maximize factor. The library’s resource of promoting reading habits among the women education and knowledge development. Public libraries gradually distribute computing answers to meet their innovative requirements for beneficial service while at the same time creating new freedoms for cost reserve funds, adaptability and advanced information officers. This cloud administration is usually given by outsiders who have gathered strong answers to help libraries deliver wealth, administration, and expertise while also promising supporters to combine and use the local area force of customers. Cloud Computing platform is, and comes up with a library, offers a library with various opportunities and public libraries are connected to the cloud platform. The RFID tag is used by women education libraries book research to developed knowledge. Therefore, the library’s resources and services are reflected in the listed library for information and women’s education development.
